About Shiftwise

Shiftwise is building Legacy AI, a practical leadership assistant for beauty counter managers and retail store leaders who must lead a team while also selling.

Our mission is to turn daily chaos into clear priorities, confident coaching, and practical action. From sales pace to a short team huddle, we help managers decide what to do next—while keeping every suggestion editable and subject to manager review.
